Who We Are
We operate Pray and Love, a free bi-weekly email publication that curates Christian news from around the world, enriched with relevant Scripture passages and prayers. We are registered as a sole proprietorship (OSVČ) in the Czech Republic.

We NEVER share:
- Individual email addresses
- Personal information about specific subscribers
- Who clicked on specific links
Data Storage and Location
Your data is primarily stored and processed within the European Union (Germany). We have specifically chosen EU-based infrastructure to protect your data under GDPR.
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the EU region (Frankfurt, Germany - eu-central-1). AWS acts as our data processor under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring your data remains protected even if AWS accesses it for technical support purposes. Your data does not leave the EU.

- They process data under their standard Data Processing Agreement
Hetzner Online GmbH
- Purpose: Application and database hosting
- Location: Germany
- They process data under their Data Processing Agreement

- HTTPS/SSL for our website
- Secure password-protected access to our database
- Regular software updates
- Limited access to personal data
Data Retention
- Active subscribers: We keep your data as long as you remain subscribed
- After unsubscribing: Your personal data is deleted within 30 days
- Anonymous statistics: May be retained indefinitely as they cannot identify you
- Legal requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., tax records for business correspondence)

This information is always voluntary. Choosing not to provide it will not affect your newsletter subscription.
Children's Privacy
